Jose Ascencio is a passionate construction professional with more than 16 years of experience building, managing, and delivering successful projects across California. From his early days as a concrete finisher and form setter to becoming Founder and Owner of Black Diamond Solutions - California Division, Jose has always taken a hands-on approach to the craft.

Known for his approachable personality and commitment to quality, Jose takes pride in guiding clients through every step of their project. He combines deep field experience with strong leadership, ensuring that each job-whether it's an ADU, remodel, or large-scale commercial build —is completed with precision, safety, and care.

Backed by OSHA certification and a commitment to continuous growth, including pursuing the EW-385, Jose embodies the values of dedication, craftsmanship, and integrity that define Black Diamond Solutions.
